We snap, filter, and post our lives away, often blurring the lines between reality and virtual reality. But beneath the surface of this seemingly harmless habit lies a more profound issue — our growing obsession with online validation.</p>

The pursuit of the perfect selfie has turned us into digital poseurs, constantly seeking external validation to affirm our worth but the truth is, our worth isn’t defined by our online presence. We’re more than just a pretty face or a perfectly posed photo. We’re complex, multifaceted individuals with thoughts, feelings, and experiences that can’t be captured in a single image. I mean, have you seen those “no filter” selfies? Like, come on, we all know that’s just an other filter. A part of joke But seriously, selfies can be fun, they’re a way to express ourselves and share our lives with others. Maximum people encourage only <strong>Snap, Post, Repeat</strong>… The problem is, when we start to rely on camera too much, we risk losing ourselves in the process. We’re so busy curating our online image that we forget to live in the moment. We’re more focused on getting the perfect shot than actually experiencing life.</p>

Be focus on cultivating self-awareness, self-acceptance, and self-love — without the need for external validation.</p>

I must do onwards. <strong class="acs gz">live the moments.</strong> Take a selfie, not to post, but to remember the moment. And when you do post, ask yourself: Am I sharing this to connect, or to seek validation? The answer might just set you free.</p>
