<h3 class="wp-block-heading">1. Eligibility</h3>

<li>You must be <strong>18 years of age or older</strong> to register as an author. If underage, written consent from a guardian is required.</li>



<li>Authors must provide <strong>accurate personal information</strong> and maintain updated contact and payment details in their account.</li>
</ul>

<h3 class="wp-block-heading">2. Content Ownership and License</h3>



<ul class="wp-block-list">
<li>Authors retain full <strong>ownership of their original articles</strong>.</li>



<li>By submitting your content, you grant <strong>LEVERAGE INSIGHTS</strong> a <strong>non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license</strong> to publish, promote, modify, and distribute the article on its website and associated platforms.</li>



<li>Authors may not republish the same article elsewhere without <strong>written consent</strong> from the LEVERAGE INSIGHTS editorial team.</li>

<h3 class="wp-block-heading">3. Content Guidelines</h3>



<ul class="wp-block-list">
<li>Submissions must be <strong>100% original</strong>, well-researched, and relevant to our categories.</li>



<li>Articles must not include:
<ul class="wp-block-list">
<li>Plagiarized or AI-generated content without human editing</li>



<li>Hate speech, adult, or explicit material</li>



<li>False information or misinformation</li>



<li>Promotional content or spammy links</li>
</ul>
</li>



<li>Editors have the right to <strong>edit or reject</strong> content that does not meet editorial standards.</li>
</ul>

<h3 class="wp-block-heading">4. Editorial Review &; Publishing</h3>



<ul class="wp-block-list">
<li>Articles will be reviewed within <strong>2 to 5 working days</strong>.</li>



<li>Editorial revisions may be made to improve grammar, formatting, readability, and SEO.</li>



<li>LEVERAGE INSIGHTS reserves the right to determine <strong>final publishing decisions</strong>.</li>

<h3 class="wp-block-heading">5. Revenue Sharing Agreement</h3>



<p>LEVERAGE INSIGHTS offers a <strong>partnership model</strong> in which authors can earn income from their content:</p>

<li><strong>50% of Google AdSense revenue</strong> generated from your article pages will be shared with you.</li>



<li>Revenue will be calculated based on
<ul class="wp-block-list">
<li>Page impressions</li>



<li>Ad clicks</li>



<li>Engagement performance (as per Google AdSense reports)</li>
</ul>
</li>



<li>Articles must <strong>comply with Google AdSense policies</strong> to be eligible for monetization.</li>



<li>Analytics and earnings will be tracked using internal reporting methods. Transparency is maintained through monthly reporting.</li>

<h3 class="wp-block-heading">6. Payout Policy</h3>



<ul class="wp-block-list">
<li>The <strong>minimum payout threshold</strong> is <strong>PKR 1,000</strong>.</li>



<li>Payouts are made every month after revenue is finalized in Google AdSense.</li>



<li>Payment methods include <strong>JazzCash</strong>, <strong>EasyPaisa</strong>, <b>bank transfer</b>, or any other method agreed upon.</li>



<li>Authors must submit or update their payment details before the 25th of each month.</li>



<li>If the minimum threshold is not met, the earnings will roll over to the next cycle.</li>
</ul>

<h3 class="wp-block-heading">7. Inactivity &; Account Termination</h3>



<p>Your account may be suspended or terminated if you:</p>



<ul class="wp-block-list">
<li>Violate plagiarism or copyright rules</li>



<li>Post harmful or non-compliant content</li>



<li>Remain <strong>inactive for more than 60 days</strong> without prior notice</li>



<li>Attempt to manipulate traffic or ad clicks</li>
</ul>



<p>In such cases, any pending revenue may be withheld at the platform&#8217;s discretion.</p>

<h3 class="wp-block-heading">8. Confidentiality</h3>



<p>Authors must maintain confidentiality regarding</p>



<ul class="wp-block-list">
<li>Internal discussions and instructions</li>



<li>Revenue data and performance reports</li>



<li>Platform analytics and tools</li>
</ul>



<p>Sharing sensitive information without authorization may lead to termination.</p>

<h3 class="wp-block-heading">9. Updates to Terms</h3>



<p>LEVERAGE INSIGHTS reserves the right to update these terms at any time. In case of major changes:</p>

<li>You will be notified through email or the author dashboard</li>



<li>Continued usage of the platform implies <strong>automatic acceptance</strong> of the updated terms</li>
</ul>

<h3 class="wp-block-heading">10. Agreement Acknowledgement</h3>



<p>By submitting content on LEVERAGE INSIGHTS, you acknowledge that you:</p>

<li>Accept the <strong>50/50 revenue-sharing model</strong> for monetized articles</li>



<li>Acknowledge the <strong>minimum payout of PKR 1,000</strong></li>



<li>Will abide by all content, copyright, and policy guidelines</li>
